I think I've heard of this band before and thought they sounded like Crossfade/Papa Roach. And those two are good bands.
The problem is that harder music of course works better towards the Alternative and Active Rock formats that are targeted towards males, not females. Although we have seen a couple Alternative songs do well on CHR in the past few years (Staind's "Right Here", Crossfade's "Cold", and Papa Roach's "Scars" to name a few), its a near fact that harder rock just doesn't do anything on this format. Even those three songs were more ballad-ish and therefore sounded pop-rock. Yes, there was a time back in the 90s when adding hard rock to your CHR was like adding hip-hop to your CHR today, but its not the same anymore. The times are changing, and hip-hop has taken over most of this decade. Most of the rock songs on the chart can barely be considered, most of the acts are emo-pop/MySpace whore bands (Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, All American Rejects, MCR), bland commercialized pop-rock with zero creativity (Hinder, Nickelback, Evanescence) or Hot AC light-bands that occassionally bring a catchy hit (The Fray, Augustana, Snow Patrol). Again, that's not to say some harder rock has hit big, it does, and I do mean it does happen, and it could happen for BB, but very rarely these days.
