I think I actually heard bass on 97.5.

Also why is it that the "Jack/Bob/Peak/Track/Drive" format is seeing success every where in the country....but 97.5 can't get out of its own way regardless if it was Cat, Schtarr or now Bob. Baffles me too that they won the Hot A/C battle and beat the POint, then blew it up.

They should have a "were sorry...here's your Smooth Jazz back party" Tho Oasis returns....

what makes even more sense is if they would've stayed Churban (mid 90's?) If I am correct, they were the only Churban station on in Tucson at the time.

Lovely - a station that has its playlist set in motion for an entire year in advance. I don't care whether it's an oldies station or not, how crusty.

Is it true this station changes format and identity every year and a half? They have been Jazz, Country, Hot AC and now Bob all in the last 7 years.
