BREAKING

Correction: they ruled that the FCC couldn't change the game in mid-play. They didn't rule against the rules against "fleeting obscenity" only that the rule couldn't be retroactively applied as it was toward Fox and ABC.

Now that broadcasters know what the rules are in advance, that loophole is gone. We'll see if another case comes along that overturns the whole thing. I doubt it, though.
