In today's Herald. Only copying part of the article which refers to Brett getting let go from WEEI. The first part of Jessica's article was about the new anchor at NECN.
I've also noticed in recent weeks that Andy and Brett don't seem as vocal or cut in during the Big Show as they used to.
Anyway, here is the article:

Sports talk radio powerhouse WEEI has axed one of Glenn Ordway’s longtime producers. WEEI-AM (850) program director Jason Wolfe sent an e-mail to staff yesteday telling them “Big Show” producer Brett Erickson no longer works for the station and “we wish him well in all his future endeavors.”
Erickson’s exit from the afternoon-drive show follows the Patriots [team stats]’ monumental loss to the Jets — a big damper on ad revenue — and as rival “98.5 Sports Hub” duo Mike Felger and Tony Massarotti has forged ahead of Ordway in the ratings war.
That leaves the “Big Show” with producer Andy Massaua, who was slapped with a one-week suspension last February for sending vulgar text messages to the Sports Hub. Station execs also cut loose “Big Show” honcho Pete Sheppard last January.
“I wish everybody there well,” Sheppard said yesterday. “It is what it is. It’s the nature of the business.”
Wolfe didn’t respond for comment.
