You have to wonder why they wouldn't go and get Trey Cooler, who was successful at maintaining WEZL's numbers in the mid-90's, or Heidi D., also formerly of CC Charleston and now programming WCTQ in Sarasota...Mudflap (formerly of WNKT) has been programming and doing mornings at WEGX in Florence to great success for the last several years; hell, even John Quincy of these very boards has the experience and name recognition to put together a decent competitor in the country format. But Brian Driver? Nothing against the guy, don't know him, but for a country outlet in Charleston, SC, what exactly does he bring to the table that these others (or others I haven't mentioned) do not?
