BRIAN MALONEY GOES UP AGAINST RUSH

You've read the blog. Now hear the radio show.

America's most provocative talk show host will air opposite Rush next week on one of America's top rated and most successful news talk stations, Newstalk 620 WTMJ, the Milwaukee Journal. Brian Maloney, creator of The Radio Equalizer, one of America's best known and most visited Internet sites and columnist for Inside Radio, one of the leading radio journals, will fill in for top local host Jeff Wagner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, noon to 2pm Central Time (opposite the second and third hours of Rush).

Wagner's outstanding local program, "The Department of Justice," consistently beats Rush in the Milwaukee Arbitron ratings. Wagner is a former federal prosecutor. His show is about righting wrongs and applying common sense to what's important and standing up for what's right against irresponsible bureaucrats, political hacks and wrong doers of every ilk.

Brian Maloney is former KIRO Radio, Seattle and KKOH, Reno host who also fills in at WRKO, Boston and is a regular contributor to Fox News Channel.

You can the program live on WTMJ's Internet Audio Stream.

Liberals who bash Maloney have never heard him. Let's see if they can practice "fairness," and actually listen to him before they knock him or are their calls for "fairness" just a pretext for forcing stations to give them airtime to grind their own axes?

Good bless, America.

>>who also fills in at WRKO, Boston

Not sure if WRKO will have him back; his latest effort is SaveWRKO.com which protests the hiring of
convicted felon Tom Finneran to do the morning show. An earnest effort and I support it as well,
but he/other contributors do their fair shair of bashing the station management and I'd wonder if
"Julie and Jason" would hire him (again) after that.
I do enjoy his blog. Only heard a bit of one of his fill-ins; his voice sounds a bit raspy and high-pitched
and not as 'radio ready' as others but hey, it's content that matters...

Twice nothing is still nothing.

America's most provocative talk show host

Oh please. "Provocative?" Second stringer, "B" talent, unemployed former talk show host maybe. But in order to be America's most provocative talk show host, you need to have enough listeners to actually remain employed as a talk show host, provocative or otherwise.

The Radio Equalizer, one of America's best known and most visited Internet sites and columnist for Inside Radio, one of the leading radio journals,

This one violates the Truth in Labelling Act. His site is neither one of America's "best known" or "most visited" unless He -is- America alone.

His show is about righting wrongs and applying common sense to what's important and standing up for what's right against irresponsible bureaucrats, political hacks and wrong doers of every ilk.

Which begs the question why he'd let Brian Maloney sub for him. He shares none of those traits.

Liberals who bash Maloney have never heard him. Let's see if they can practice "fairness," and actually listen to him before they knock him or are their calls for "fairness" just a pretext for forcing stations to give them airtime to grind their own axes?

I've read his faked news reports which rely on gossip, invented sources, breaking stories which turn out to be completely false, and what passes for educated guesses, I've seen his performances on Fox News which are little more than enabling Bill O'Reilly's efforts to bash Air America (too bad Maloney doesn't have much to offer Bill'o about O'Reilly's new favorite target - NBC), and I've heard more than enough. Liberals don't need equal time to balance Mr. Maloney's delusions and obsessions. And frankly, since no radio station wants to hire him for an ongoing talk show gig anyway, I think the issue of him getting on the air doesn't lie with the "liberals" but rather with the guy looking at himself in the mirror every morning.

I've heard Ryan Baloney on more than one occasion, when he was still employed regularly.

Too bad it's radio. You can't see the elaborate clown makeup, orange wig or enormous shoes as he arrives at the station in a tiny little car with him and about thirty of his closest friends.

[EDIT]

The guy is a self-important, ignorant ass who knows about as much about the real world as Queen Elizabeth.

Other than that, he's a great talent, except for his unctuous delivery.

Save your bubble gum wrappers and buy a clue, baloney boy.

[EDIT-vulgar]
