BRIC-Link rs232 data

I've been trying to get rs232 across, got it to work for a few mins, lost audio for a few seconds and now I cannot get any serial data across. I've cycled power on both ends, verified I'm on the latest firmware. Maybe someone here has some experience? If not, I'm calling Comrex tomorrow..
 
Call them pronto. They have a good support crew, and they have the benefit of feedback from a lot of users in the field. Almost certainly they have run into your problem before and can give you some help with it.
