Bring back Imus --- PLEASE!!!!!!

It's been just about a month now since Imus left WFAN. I was a regular listener but I always thought that his show was getting stale. Too much Pigfeets Dupree and Senator Kennedy....really tired bits.

And I always hit the dial as soon as he started talking about the ranch.

But now that he's gone and I'm forced to roam the Hartford radio dial in the morning looking for something to take his place, I realize just how good he was in spite of the worn-out routines.

Of course it was more than just Imus. It was Bernie, Larry Kenny, Rob Bartlett, Charles McCord... they all teamed up to make one of the best morning comedy/satire shows in radio.

There is nothing that I can find on my radio dial that even comes close to taking Imus' place.

Anybody have any suggestions?

PLR's morning show took out an ad in one of the local papers, touting themselves as a suitable replacement for the "I-Man", and asking his former listeners to give them a try. Really is slim pickings out there. Never thought I'd be saying this but I'm giving more consideration to satellite each day. Besides theres a chance Imus will wind up there anyway

PLR's morning show is clearly NOT a show for Imus fans...PLEASE.
That show is soooo tired and predictable.
The biggest shock from those idiots is the balls it took to run an add asking for ANYBODY to check them out..LOL lMAo!!

You aren't kidding! Now I listen to Sebastian, but before he came back on the air I sort of listened to Chaz & AJ by default. It was the same show every week. Every Monday they'd have one thing, then on Tuesday the other thing and so on. I swear they could just tape a week's worth of shows and replay the same ones each week and it would be hard to tell the difference.
