broadband streaming?

Does anyone know of any stations that are considered Easy Listening or Soft AC that may be streaming live?
Camersial FM's still exist?
Radio-locator doesn't have Soft AC as a format to choose from, and the easy listening music stations that are around from what i can tell are mostly Beautiful music. Now I do like that, but I also prefered the ones like WFMZ which were more I dunno.. somehow the format was different then beautiful music.
Thanks,

By Soft AC, I mean the first incarnation of Sunny 104.5 WSNI here in Philly when it came back in August 2001. Soft AC without the disko.... Does this format even exist?
Even on XM 24, Sunny (when it was around), it played disko, and I really wasn't lookin for another Rhythmic AC/Jammin Gold type format. Again I like those formats, but I'd like something softer then the soft AC's that feel the need to thro disko in there.
Thanks

The reason you can't find soft AC is there's no such format. The only ones I'm aware of are WLOW in Hilton Head, SC, and WDUV in Sarasota, FL, but that second one may fit the current defintion of 'easy listening". It's certainly not AC based on playlists I've seen.

WYEZ in Myrtle Beach, SC, was soft AC for less than a year. They're co-owned with an easy listening station (really sandards, because even the satellite standards formats play more instrumentals than they do. But the easy listening station is perennially number one. I thought the soft AC format was doing well, but obviously not well enough and I'm kind of relieved.

The AC station there might as well be categorized hot AC, though.

Oh, wait ... you said no disco. According to posts on this site, WLOW not only played disco, but they were louder than their competitor, which was still "soft" AC. But they claimed to play Sinatra, which was why I figured they could be considered soft. I haven't read anything about them lately.

WDUV, that's the #1 station in Tampa I believe. From being in The Villages, FL< I could get them, and I did like them. That's 105.5 The Duv. I don't know that they stream though.

I ran across this station in an earlier thread:

www.1150wavo.com

They stream in Stereo, and seem to have their own playlist. Great sound and variety.

John, One station I enjoy a lot is AM 1540 WBNL Boonville, Indiana. They are currently all Christmas music, so you
may want to give them a try after the Holiday's to see if it is to your liking. I placed a link below.

Another station I have found is EZ 100.5 WZEZ in Richmond, Va. I have not listened to them in a while but I think it maybe
more of what you are looking for. I also placed a link for them below.

Have a great night,
