Broadcast network coverage of Iran bombing

I see CNN's Anderson Cooper is still in Tel Aviv. I haven't seen any TV reporters in Tehran yet.

Where's Richard Engel doing his reports from? I caught him in the middle of a lengthy live report on MSNBC Saturday night following the bombing, but prior to Trump's speech while NBC network was still in regular programming. It was 5 a.m. where Engel was but I didn't hear him say where he was based. I was a little surprised to see him still doing reports for MSNBC at all since some of the best NBC News people have already cut ties with the cable side ahead of the spinoff.

I said more people watched Fox News and not ABC during the Iran coverage.

That was not clear in your original statement, sir.

I can't find the ratings for last night yet, I bet more people watch the news on Fox News than ABC.

"I bet more people watch the news on Fox News than ABC" is a general statement. You did not say "I bet more people watched the news about the bombing on Fox News than ABC."

Pay up.

Last night.

You did not use the proper tense of "watch" when you made the bet. Changes the entire dynamic of the statement.

I don't care "what you meant" because the discussion then evolved into a general discussion of network news ratings. It probably would not have had you been more clear.

That is my point.

My statement was clear. Your semanticing your way out.

Admin note: The two of you need to cut it out...
