Broadcast Tools DC-8

I'm missing something in trying to program the DC-8 to call a telephone number when there's an alarm. For some reason, I cannot seem to get into the programming mode to begin to program the phone number in. Their book is fairly difficult to understand at times (the examples are nothing short of hideous). By default, does anyone remember how to go into the programming mode on this thing? Thanks in advance!

I don't have an answer, but the BTools documentation on almost every product I've used is terrible. I've always had to call support; luckily, they're helpful and will probably be able to walk you through it.

As I recall, there is no "programming mode." All of the programming commands are three digits where most everything else is one or two digits. You have to be logged in with the MASTER access code. Once in, just put in the code (961 for the first phone number, if memory serves) followed by the number and * ... done.
