Mr. Kelley was born in Cowan, TN on April 2, 1932 to the late H.K. and Theona Harpe Kelley. He was owner of our local radio station WSEM-AM, WGMK-FM, and WBBK-FM&AM and was involved with broadcasting for well over 50 years.

One of the few broadcasters I know that could do a live Piggly Wiggly or IGA spot straight off the newspaper ad. I used to crack up when I could hear him turn the page and hear the paper rattle.
