Broadcasting and Cable Magazine Rates

My local library just stopped carrying this magazine. I went online and see the subcription is $199/year. Just wondering if anyone knows if they ever offer it for less. I do enjoy reading the magazine but I'm not in the business so it's a bit pricey for me.

But I do know sometimes magazines are offered to those who, for instance, sign up for the website, at a cheaper rate.

Anyone who subscribes knows if they ever offer a cheaper rate?<P ID="signature">______________

You can usually get the full article by just adding "&referral=SUPP" (without the quotes) to any url and it will show the full text.
