Broadcasting Unlimited?

Jay had multiple corporate alter egos.
WLKZ, Wolfeboro NH was owned by the Fifth Estate, Inc. if memory serves.
He also owned (co-owned?) WXLO Fitchburg in the early 90's, and had DMR. I don't know if the current DMR is his or not.
 
That was the name of his company. I remeber at one time they were headquatered in Wayland and also provided direct mail services and promotions to stations
