Turn in the License??
So you replace a guy with a winning track record, like Les Howard (who created and put WEAT-FM in West Palm on the top, his leaving there was not a performance issue), with, sigh.
In the 1920s, when radio stations couldn't 'hack it' anymore, they'd dismantle, and turn the license into the Radio Commission, or the Navigation folks, can't remember who was in charge of radio at the time....I'm thinking this would've probably been better for Entercom.
