BRW/Globe: Severin-by-the-sea

The Globe says that Jay Severin and his wife Renee bought a "7,624-square-foot mansion on Highland Avenue in Manchester-by-the-Sea for $2.2 million" from Catherine A. Hull. The house has 17 rooms, eight bedrooms, and 5 1/2 baths, and is on nearly 5 1/2 acres. I guess he got a good deal from GM eh?

Jay moves to Brad Bleidt land. Wonder if I'll bump into him at the used bookstore in Rt 127?

Last I read Brad Blight had taken up residency in Walpole or Concord. Did he give Jay and Renee possession of his poloponies. Everyone, please check you bank account statements. :)
