Bryan Suits Dark Secret Place to KFI 640

Have read some tweets about this and now it is mentioned on the Tim Conway Show. Bryan Suits is bringing his Dark Secret Place show to KFI 640 am Saturday Nights 10pm-Midnight. I guess this will bump Coast to Coast to a Midnight start on Saturday.

Apparently Dark Secret Place returns to America's #1 @KFIAM640 this saturday at 10pm. Host to be determined. @TheBryanSuits #tcot

I am also a "Bryan" fan, guess that makes two of us.
Bryan was the only guy on the air in LA who seemed to know and understand the historic and military part of Geo-politics.
KABC was clueless for letting him go and KFI is correcting their error by bringing him back, even if for only 2 hours a week.
Maybe a couple more hours on Sunday??

Back in 2010 Bryan left KFI of his own volition on friendly terms. This provoked an interesting and revealing two-page twitter exchange (including nine from Bryan himself) as part of an article about his departure on blatherwatch. Its still available online (below).

You can count me in on those interested in his comments. On the night the Navy seals took down Osama Bin Laden he advised his audience in advance that something big night be going down - then stuck around the station. He was back from dinner when the President went on the air. One of KFI's reporters (not as I recall normally there on the weekend) had am extended background report that was well researched and sourced. It sounded pre-prepared. It ran for nearly twenty minutes.

Suits apparently has his sources. With events breaking in the mid-east and now American troops being deployed to the Ukraine having him around is an asset for KFI and its owner, iHeart Media. By the way, Fox New affiliate KOGO (his one-time base station in San Diego which is closely tied to KFI from a technical engineering standpoint - even sharing new anchors and traffic reporters at certain hours) is owned by iHeart media as is KFI; KVI, his station in Seattle is owned by Fisher but is a Fox news (read iHeart) affiliate.

(It should be noted that his stint with KVI after leaving KFI in 2010 did not survive a format change much later that year - he subsequently moved to KOGO and then to KABC until their change last year).

I beg to differ. A lot of his "inside info" is from open source data. You would be amazed with what one can mine from the Internet. Wrap it up in a pseudo military jargon and presto you have radio show.

He has interviewed many of his military sources on the air. He has a lot of friends doing a lot of military contract work.
