Bud Brown retires today

Is it really that quiet and boring around here? No posts in days, and only one on the retirement of 40+year radio legend Bud Brown?

The company which owns this website took it down for a few months and then brought it back.
Users, who pay nothing to post on this site, are angry because the owner took the site down ... and are now boycotting this FREE site after the owner brought it back up?
Where is the logic in their thinking?
This has always been the best site for the exchange of information between broadcast professionals.

thanks zenith. i thought he was older than me..not that it matters, but most of us old timers are out of broadcasting. i wish the browns a happy retirement...sam..
