Cromwell has won its long legal banner with CC over the "Party" name and now is licensing the name back to CC stations using the moniker. Bud is encouraging any other company currently using the name to be proactive and contact Cromwell to obtain a license. In other words, get ready, he's coming for you next.

It's about time that Bud won a legal battle against Cheap Channel.
