Buffalo DJ in late 70s early 80s?

I used to listen to this guy all the time on the overnight show. He always started out the show with this weird song "I hate you". His taste in music was really eclectic, and I loved the show. It is possible that this was a Toronto station, but I think more likely it was a Buffalo college or public station.

Does anyone remember this show, the station, DJ and/or song?
