BUFFALOE OUT-CINTAS UNIFORM MAN IN

J

It seems Clueless has fired another GM, this time in Fayetteville, according to one of the remaining trade websites. They are replacing Buffaloe with a gentlmen from the Cintas Uniform Company, apparently with no broadcast experience. Instead of selling shirts with your name on it, he will be selling radio spots. It's a perfect transition do you think?

But isn't that kinda the way the industry's going, jh? Seems all the corporates want all their stations to program in a uniform manner? :D
Maybe someone on the next tier up, will top that with a former bakery cookie cutter????

Is anyone keeping score? How many does this make? I lost count.

I also heard one of their former Market Managers now sells for Cheap Channel. Is that true? If so, I'll bet it must be a relief from having to deal with the Dickeys.

Of course, it's all the managers' faults. They couldn't follow a game plan. They weren't dynamic enough. They couldn't juggle enough responsibilities.

It just COULDN'T be a Clu-u-less problem, could it? ???

Some boards (including this one) have this is Fayetteville, NC.

That happens frequently.

Which is correct?

As long as the uniform fits, corporate don't care.
