Buffy The Vampire Slayer To Begin Airing On Chiller Next Month

NBC Universal's horror/suspense-themed channel Chiller will begin airing the series next month; it'll debut with a 24-hour marathon on November 7th.

I thought Viacom's Logo had the airing rights, presently, but whatever; it's much better this way, as Logo seemed to only be airing it sporadically at best.

This is a big get for Chiller, and it looks like they'll be airing it weekdays at 7 & 8AM and then again at 6 & 7PM Eastern. Hopefully they'll acquire more quality series and movies to air, and I think the acquisition of the airing rights of Buffy The Vampire Slayer is a defensive move, as Lionsgate/Comcast's horror/suspense-themed channel FEARNet launches as a linear cable channel on Halloween (with a 24-hour marathon of the 2007 anthology film Trick 'r Treat.
