Bulls on WLS & WMVP

I noticed last night that they were playing "The Bulls Radio Network" on both WLS & WMVP. Is that because WMVP's toweres are moving, or is there another reason?

All i know is that WMVPs signal SUCKS now. In my car, it cuts in and out depedning on how close I am to power lines and there is ALWAYS hiss.

The power must be down quite a bit, daytime too. I am only 10 miles south of the WLS stick and WMVP's signal even seems weaker here than normal, and far weaker than WLS.

I wonder, are they diplexed with WLS on the main tower, or are they diplexed with WLS's backup xmtr on the alternate 199' tower...

WLS still bends the needle on all my receivers here.
