Burk Autopilot 2 vs. Autopilot 3 guages don't "stretch" any more..?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any tricks to make the gauges "stretch" in Autopilot 3?

We recently upgraded from Autopilot 2, and the first thing I noticed is that the gauges don't "stretch" if I resize the window. So now I have a full screen display with like 30% wasted screen real estate because the gauges don't fill up the whole window when I maximize it. Makes it kinda difficult when I'm remote controlling that PC from my cell phone; the controls don't need to get any smaller. ;-)

I did call Burk support, and the gentleman that answered said he didn't know, but he also said he didn't have a copy of AP2 to look at.

I thought perhaps one of you might know of a secret setting or INI file tweak or something.

Thanks.

You're using the default view in "Sites". They are the basic meters. If you want to stretch the meters/make them bigger/different you have to build a "Custom View" with the Custom View editor. It's quite an adventure and will take some time to make it do what you want.
APViewEditor.exe is in the C:\Program Files\Burk Technology\AutoPilot 3 folder of your PC.
Custom Views depend on the basic "Site" views for data and if you want use the same labels. Make sure you set up the "Site" View with all the labels and meter scales before creating your custom view masterpiece>

Wish we could post pics here.

We've got AutoPilot 3 running at 6 sites. Studio (it does the pattern changing, logging, and display for the operators), 2 AM transmitter sites (they also check to make sure the pattern's right) the FM site, and a couple home PC's. AutoPilot 3 is very stable. Can sit at home with all the stations displayed on the LCD TV in the living room.
