Burlington: Is WGMU Back?

Checking tvguide.com's listings for Charter Plattsburgh, I've noticed that WGMU's still on the air, but, oddly, with RTN programming where My Network TV shows should be -- from 8PM to 10PM, instead of MNTV, it has "The A Team" and "Airwolf".

Did the new owners bring the channel back on the air? It's also just as odd that they carry an RTN schedule, after that network banished Equity from its family.
