Bush's speech on major networks?

Since I live in Northeastern part of PA and three local stations carried the President's speech from the Tobyhanna Army Depot in the Poconos, I am curious if any of the major networks(ABC, CBS, NBC) carried the President's address to the nation. It started at noon and lasted for 35 minutes so there was an option for some stations to exempt carrying the speech and run their local noon news.

Also CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News carried the speech live. I also heard it on the ABC radio network feed through my local talk station.

I know it was not on WABC in New York, as I watched the Noon edition of Eyewitness News.<P ID="signature">______________

WCBS-TV,WNBC-TV and WNYW-TV didn't carry it either.

Sometimes Bush will make an appearance and give a speech and the OTA networks will COVER it as a news event but *won't* carry it LIVE.

Apparently (if not most likely) the latter was the case (especially when you consider that NOON ET is still 9:00 AM on the West Coast and the NBC affiliates there were still airing the Today Show).

Cheers for now :)

He wasn't "addressing the nation". This is not unusual for local affliates to air a speech by the President if he is speaking in their area.
