Bustos Media in Seattle

I have heard they have closed shop in Seattle. Is this true? I am wondering if the people who hold the paper on the company have finally taken over or is it just a rumor.
 
They have to be doing better in Seattle than Portland, where they own 5 stations(the 5th, not yet on the air)and have a combined total audience of 0.1!
