So in the Seattle Market, Mr. Bustos bought long-time rimshot Country station, KAYO. From the posts on that board, the format change to Spanish is happening tomorrow under an LMA. What is keeping him from flipping Flash(heaven forbid)?? Anyone here have any more info on this? Is First not giving an LMA??? While I'm totally unsure of the workings of an ownership change, this does not make sense. Thanks in advance for your discussion.
