With the Powerball now structured to get to
jackpots ("triple figures" 100 +million )more easily..
prior to taxes the jackpot is nearly quarter of a billion dollars !!!!!!
(yes there are the taxes, lol) and one may argue splitting the jackpot
among multiple winners, but no indications of increased players,
just the entry level cost ( ante up! ) to increase the jackpot.
(Quick sidenote: My dad is gone now, but explained to me when I was a kid) the odds
would be the same if they gave away a dollar . . .only difference you
wouldnt have as many people having an interest), lol... soo very possible
to have single-party winners for insane jackpots...
anyways -

on the offer ..maybe some one can answer where is the ceiling on what
would be "too much" ( for the respective market),

(commentary) Believes not much is selling here. established FM operations
among the three or four owners/clusters in town.
However on the AM side, more local owners, and while they *say* NO (on the record) : and here to stay, if a an offer ranged was multi-milions ( say 2.0 -to higher end: 4.5) think the
local-owners would definately reConsider!
other thoughts: would it better to "lease"/LMA (etc) in stead..would that work out bettter?

how likely would a Cluster be in favor of splittig it up (w/in one market) , selling ONE
station ( maybe the under-performing station) to a potential buyer ?
