Buyers for Cox Birmingham?

I would guess of all the properties that Cox is looking to sell across the country, the Birmingham stations are the most appealing...well, except for the Zone. So here's my question. Do you think Cox will force a buyer to buy every station in the cluster or do you expect that they may sell individual pieces? It seems like that may be the best way to get local owners involved, although I know that's not Cox's primary motivation.

Unless the cluster is split up among a couple of existing in town clusters (I do not think that is possible due to ownership caps), It most likely will be sold as a whole. There is always a chance a religious operator gets a signal or two, to help with the financing of the remaining stations.

I fully expect at least the Birmingham cluster to be sold to existing management. Most of the Cox clusters will probably be sold intact.

I hope that happens. It would be nice to see a mid market under local ownership.
