Yes, I agree, buzz is gone & it sounds great. But why is everyone so interested in what these hick stations are doing....It's just radio....if you don't like music, turn the dial....real quick...really easy...and no one gets hurt... But i myself was a frequent listener to the 99.5 Classic Country, couldn't always tune it in the greatest but did listen when i could and i absolutely love the new music that is on now.....makes the day go faster and all my friends seem to like the change as well. Even though there are (of course) some angry listeners....can't they just tune into another station?

Not when there isn't another Classic Country station to listen to. Ever been to Brown County? That station was PERFECT for the area.
 
Yeah, i have been there traveling down st rte 32, i have to admit it was a great station, tons better than the one i heard traveling thru adams county i think it is 103.1 on the dial, that was the worst station i have ever heard, i can't believe people tune into that. I guess when you have a station as bad as that one is, yeah Classic country was the best for that area.........I bet alot of listeners were from adams county , too. Man, that 103.1 is really really really horrible.

You could always try WBZI, WEDI, or WKFI for classic country. They're on the AM dial but they play some good stuff. I only tune in for the bluegrass hour though.
