Buzz and Party Take Spring Book Hit As Bud Rats Out Dastardly Diary Domicile

(Some of you may need to hang around the Atlanta board for awhile to get the above reference... ::) )

Anyway, the ratings have been re-issued and, while the former "Tower" didn't benefit, The River, The Beat and even Jack saw an increase of a tenth of a ratings point as a result of the corrected ratings for Buzz (5.3 to 4.6; previously, they were 3.0) and Party (2.0 to 1.3; previously, they were 1.5).

With all of the “legal” issues in the industry today: unattended stations not functioning or failing to respond during natural disasters (both Nashville and Louisville KY within the last year), CC “settling” their payola issues, and dairies, it is a good thing the industry has been “deregulated” or someone would be in jail or at least out major $$. Being older than most people on this board I can remember the mighty RKO Empire being clobbered. Now nobody gives a *&%#!
