Bud Walters has revealed that a former Cromwell salesperson “informed someone in the media that he ‘knew someone who had a diary.’ Turns out that household may have been completing four diaries, revealing a dastardly domicile of diary discourtesy.

Anyway, the ratings have been re-issued and, while the former "Tower" didn't benefit, The River, The Beat and even Jack saw an increase of a tenth of a ratings point as a result of the corrected ratings for Buzz (5.3 to 4.6; previously, they were 3.0) and Party (2.0 to 1.3; previously, they were 1.5).

With all of the “legal” issues in the industry today: unattended stations not functioning or failing to respond during natural disasters (both Nashville and Louisville KY within the last year), CC “settling” their payola issues, and dairies, it is a good thing the industry has been “deregulated” or someone would be in jail or at least out major $$. Being older than most people on this board I can remember the mighty RKO Empire being clobbered. Now nobody gives a *&%#!
