Is there anyone here and/or nearby who could get a few pics of the old KMX before it's dismantled? I was there in 1983 and would hate to see it "go away" before I can see it again...<P ID="signature">______________

So was I! But it is too late...KMX has left the building.

And do you know something that no one else knows? Do you have any facts to back up your statement?
 
If Styles doesn't come up with the $120M for the Los Angeles stations they put down money on, they will loose their $40M deposit....then, someone else will be owning Styles....and therefore KMX
 
It's pretty much common knowledge that Styles is gathering their little pathetic empire to sell to a big company. If I worked there, I would pray every day for it to happen.

I visited my friends there recently and the place feels dingy and awful, and the people's spirits are the lowest that they've ever been. For that cluster to be bought would be the greatest thing to ever happen to it.

As far as the KMX move, what a mistake. KMX was the ultimate landmark in downtown Enterprise, Alabama. Making all those employees have to drive an hour a day for work is so insensitive. I'm sure thankful to be out of that situation.
