BZ Goes For Walsh

WBZ did make the move to bring in Ed Walsh. When he left WOR, I thought this would happen and was hoping it would happen. However, when he was hired by WCBS for evenings I started thinking it was less likely. This is a good move. Ed has a great voice, conversational style, and he's one of the best interviewers in the business. I'm looking forward to January 1 when Ed move into the morning slot with Deb, Gil, Rick, Joe, Elliott, and company.

Two other news reporter positions are also open at WBZ. Hope that Rod Fritz and Listo Fisher will apply and be hired.
They have a wealth of knowledge in this city and state and must be on the air even though the Neanderthals at WRKO would rather have canned news instead of their wealth of knowledge
