C crane ccwifi internet radio need help

I hope someone can help me out, I purchased a C Crane CCWIFI Internet Radio a few weeks ago and after the first week, when listening to it, it made a loud sputter sound and stopped working. I received a message on the readout, RECIVA ENABLED ARM POWERED and the unit froze, all buttons and the tuning wheel would not work, I had to unplug it to turn it off, I thought if I plugged it back in and unpluged it a few times it would reboot but the same message comes up, the unit is actually dead. I tried calling tech support but they are useless. I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance.
