Cable Companies and DTV-2 channels

Cable companies are either slow or they don't add the DTV multichannel's? I think the only subchannel Time warner has right now is channel 18.2 here on the local cable. My DirectTV has no DTV multichannel's. Will they ever get them?

Assuming you're in Austin, you'll also find 42-2 and 24-2 on TWC there. As for DirecTV, don't look for any subchannels there anytime soon, I'd bet as even with the current MPEG4 compression there's not enough room.
