Cable FM radio

KTN Corp said:
Does anyone know if TWC/Comcast offers Cable FM?

TWC/Comcast does not currently offer any cable FM. Years ago the-then Warner Cable carried Chicago's Classical WFMT from 1986-89, after the demise of the original KLEF. Frequency was nominally 107.1, although it actually showed up around 107.15. It was the only FM service offered. Never got any publicity from Warner, except for a blurb in the newspapers when originally added. Few subscribers knew it even existed.

Two factors have contributed to the demise of Cable FM: the increase in the number of local stations on the FM band, and the availability of digital music services such as Music Choice, Muzak, and DMX.
