CABLE NETWORKS WE ARE NOW WATCHING MORE

Which networks have really come alive and gotten better over the past year or so?

Here's my list
HUB (may be for kids, but the retro shows are fun to watch)
ABCF (see above)
GMC (enjoy the Waltons and 227)
BRAVO (not into Housewives, but some other shows are interesting)
REELZ (better since they've added more sitcoms)

This is an interesting study in entertainment television. The bigs are all about crime/drama and these horrible reality shows or season after season of no-talents night after night until the lesser of an evils wins are borrrrrrrrrring.

Centric - The Cosby Show
Showtime - Shameless (great series that nobody ever talks about), Californication (ok, but going downhill it seems)

AMC - Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Walking Dead :)

See, this is very subjective. For us, AMC is in the "MUCH less" category since they show few classic films anymore.

OTOH, Hub is a big winner in our little marketplace. We never, ever, watched its predecessor.

The Science Channel. I watch many shows there (72 hours, The Big question...), but I have to use the DVR since the schedule is really odd (the Latin American version lacks any advertising so shows starts at odd times, like :48 past the hour)
