Cable Systems outside Chicago DMA where WGN America is still on Cable channel 9

Even with WGN America becoming essentially a national cable channel and basically eliminating Chicago-oriented content in recent years, are there still cable systems outside of the Chicago DMA (especially within about 200 miles from Chicago) which still carry WGN America on cable channel 9? The same channel number where WGN has seemed to reside on most systems in downstate Illinois dating back to the superstation era (and when the superstation was the same as the real OTA WGN pre-Syndex).

Here in Comcast's Springfield/Decatur-area headend, which includes my town of Chatham, WGN America was still on cable 9 until late 2014 before it was "downgraded" to only SD 115/HD 913 (the same 3di channels for SD and HD where Superstation/WGN America resided ever since 2006 when Insight began offering HD channels and also repeated most 2di channels on 3di neighborhoods).

Ever since then, cable 9 has been unused. Even though Springfield My affiliate WCIX-49.1 is relegated to cable channel 19, while all other OTA stations are in other spots on cable channels 2-13 (WICS ABC 2, WCIA CBS 3, WBUI CW 6, WRSP Fox 7, WSEC PBS 8, WAND NBC 10, WILL PBS 12--while My is on 19). It would make more sense to move WCIX onto cable 9, or move it to either cable 13 (its current RF) or 11 (post-repack RF). And move either QVC from 13 to 9, or HSN from 11 to 9.

Any other systems in the Midwest still carrying WGN America on cable channel 9 despite no longer being a "Chicago station?"
