Cable systems that do not carry all network affiliates from their home DMA: Part 2

This is a continuation of an old thread that was closed for inactivity:

Spruce Knob Cable has two such systems:
Pendleton County (Harrisonburg DMA)
Harrisonburg: ABC HD, CBS HD, FOX HD (NBC missing)
Clarksburg: ABC HD, NBC HD

Even if the cable systems carry the local network HDTV content, they may reduce the HDTV image quality by using a "cherrypicker" device to partially decode then re-encode the MPEG-2 video data at a lower data rate (it'll still be 1080i or 720p HDTV, just with more of chance of "macroblocking and/or banding) - IMHO, putting up a TV antenna gets the best quality image from local TV broadcasts.
