Cable Systems Without OLN

As we all know by now OLN is the new national network for the NHL. With that some cable companies don't offer OLN or do but have it on digital cable. Now will those cable companies that don't offer OLN add it before the NHL season? Also cable companies that offer it on digital cable might they move OLN to regular cable? Its kind of foolish to offer OLN as a digital channel but some cable companies do. So what will be done.

I honestly don't think there are enough remaining fans of the NHL that there will be a whole lot of demand in places that don't already have it.

Cablevision here on Long Island has it on its digital package, but its on one of the tier levels of the digitial package so its the digital package + an additonal $4.95 to get OLN

RCN's Greater Boston systems moved OLN to the digital tier earlier this year. I believe that all other RCN systems did the same.
