Cablevision and SNY

The ads have come out hyping the Sports Net NY launch on March 16th. The ads note the channels for Time-Warner and Comcast. BUT NO CABLEVISION!

Are they (Cablevision) pulling the same crap that they did with the Yes Network years ago?

What about DirecTV?

Probably.

Cablevision subscribers should not expect to see Sportsnet-New York at all in 2006.

Last I heard, they're close to a deal with DirecTV.

I'm watching SNY right now, it just signed on for the first time about 42 minutes ago. Already some technical difficulties.
