The 92.1 is an old callsign for KRDA Fresno, which I think was still Spanish in 2004. It still is, with Amor. A lot of those FMs are probably pulled in via knife edge off the Sierras. That's why there's scattered Sacramento and even Bay Area FMs. Probably couldn't get a good (or any) signal of KOIT, but had KBLX clearly. KSRW is now Alternative Rock, but used to have a very interesting adult contemporary format called the Sierra Wave. I believe it was designed to be like KTWV in their very early days of NAC/Soft Rock. You'd hear the normal type stuff from Michael Bolton, Toni Braxton, Sting, etc. but also a lot of singer-songwriter type cuts...Chris Isaak, Eric Clapton, Seals & Crofts, Natalie Cole. And a few smooth jazz songs mixed in. I still miss it. Recorded a lot of it earlier this decade, even though it was 16kbps mono. The TV station I believe was running Resort Sports Network with some cut ins for local news. It still operates with Outside Television programming.
No KRHV, guessing mountains blocked the signal from Big Pine?

Must have been quite a ways north for most of the Los Angeles stations. In Lone Pine and Bishop, it's almost all Los Angeles, even though it's 250 miles away. The KCNC no doubt came off their final days on the big dishes.
