Caddy Man out at DRC-FM???

Listening to DRC this morning and Mike Stevens was on with Marianne O'Hare with no reference to Saville. Also, he has been eliminated from their website. Any info on what happened, where he went or who you think will replace him?

Jerry going back to DRC-FM would actually give me a reason to listen (and perhaps even try to tolerate the crappy audio) but I still don't see him making the jump, but like they say ... anything's possible.

Maybe they're letting all their "better" talent go so they can finally buy that good audio processor for the analog audio!
 
Today was not Marianne's last day at DRC-FM. It was morning traffic reporter Gina Mitchell. To be honest, I kind of like Mike Stevens back on in the morning.
 
thought kristafer had been doing well lately, who will replace him at WELI? John LaBarca, who just got fired from WICC? or Imus?
 
I liked John Saville when he held down the Sunday shift but once he took over mornings I quickly realized that a little bit of Caddy goes a looooong way. Does anyone know the reason for the change? Ratings, ego?? new GM tiring of the constant plugsl for Johns DJ company? I like Mike Stevens in that spot. I listened yesterday for the duration of my ride to work and didnt once yell "shut the hell up" to my radio. Saville just had that effect on me. If Mike Stevens isn't the new host, then Jerry Kristafer would be a welcome re-addition. He left the station under less than ideal circumstances years ago, and hopefully his time in Clear Channel purgatory has changed some of his previous issues for the better.
He's capable of so much more than WELI. You do hate to see anyone lose their job, especially around the holidays but this was a mercy killing. A gift for the listeners. As you say Johnny go out and do something good, I guess management listened.
 
Anyone know where Caddy is going? I've always liked him and would love to listen to him, even online if necessary, if I can find out where he is. Not only do I like him as a DJ, but I know him on a more personal level, too. Really nice guy :)

Ah-k. My dad said he always confuses the two chicks on DRC in the morning. I guess she's getting married. And while we're on the subject of Hartford traffic reporters leaving "LIZ" the traffic reporter on HOT 93.7's last day was yesterday as well. She said she got a TV gig in Springfield. *cues up the Simpsons Theme Music*
 
Hum maybe the Caddyman should consider to come back to Country 92.5, he was the best there.him and Floyd Wright make a good team.I have not tune in the station since he move on to WDRC.
 
He was great doing nights at Country 92.5, and truthfully, they don't seem to be able to keep the evening DJ spot filled for too long since he left. However, I could see him doing almost any format, so he's likely to pop up almost anywhere. Hopefully, that will be soon :)

Except Flyod Wright isn't on Country 92.5 any more either. He's doing Sunday afternoon fill-ins on LITE 100.5 WRCH.

Jerry Kristafer replaces Caddy Man

Confirmed in this week's NERW. DRC-FM will do more talk and less music in the morning show.
