Cagle Out at B98.5

I hesitated posting this since I don't want to upset Caller 10. But I hear PD Cagle is out at B98.5. The rumor is Cox was having too much trouble getting his tax information to the IRS because he only has one name.

Does anybody think that his departure is somewhat related to B getting newer, and corporate not liking it? Could we see a return of the 70s, or maybe just a tone down on the new tracks and focus retro again?

Heard he spent too much time listening to and posting about AN106.7. At least we know BarryATL's identity now.

Who here has not enjoyed the wonderful sounds of B98.5 FM's 98 at 9? Have you heard about it? It's over ninety-eight minutes of music every weekday at nine. And it's all on Atlanta's station for the best variety of soft rock and the new home of Steve & Vikki, B98.5 FM! The station you voted #1 for the most music while you work!

All of Cox's AC stations are sounding newer than they used to, not just 98.5.

A lot of AC stations have moved on from the 70s. I actually applaud Cox for doing so. Plenty of material from 1980-present.

Wednesday morning on a very special B98.5 FM: Jordan Graye kicks off the workday, with over ninty-eight minutes of music. Later, she confronts Mike Shannon when she catches him listening to "hard rock" that a neighbor's kid introduces him to. You don't want to miss this very special B98.5 FM.
