Cain Unable

Speaking of WDBO, who beside me finds Herman Cain hard on the ears?

I admire the man and his accomplishments. But I can't stand him as a talk show host.

For one thing, his delivery is often too slow and precise and pompous for my taste. He's also not very entertaining, and that's a glaring difference between him and his predecessor in the time slot.

Agreed. I applaud all of his successes and there's no doubt he's well spoken, educated and a savvy businessman, but he's not talk radio material. At least not on a national scale. If he does well locally in ATL, great... but not elsewhere. I'd be interested to see ratings in his daypart to see how he's doing.
