I HEARD THAT THEY HAVE NEW STUDIOS BUT THAT STATION IF WE CAN CALL IT A RADIO STATION DOSNT HAVE JOCKS,IMAGE?

I HAVE A FRIEND WORKING ON THE COMPANY ON HAZLETON AND HE TOLD ME THAT BOTH FREQUENCYS ARE GOING BACK TO THEIR PREVIOUS FORMATS.

IS THAT TRUE?
 
I'm guessing that you're not a regular Caliente listener. Jose Alberto is the morning jock - he is live and topical from the Avoca studios. In addition to preproduced liners, Jose produces his own, which include the voices of callers. My 3 years of Spanish do me very little good in understanding what is said, but Jose has the on-air enthusiasm and love for radio that most of us had when we were younger. I've known Jose for just a few months, but I admire his energy and dedication.
 
Jose is an absolute gem that former radio owner-operators would have killed for. He is bright, hard-working and without a doubt one of the nicest people to walk the planet. He could go a very long way in this business, but he is so decent that it is more likely he will get eaten up & spit out by an uncaring business.

CALIENTE DOES NOT HAVE ANY IMAGE(VOICE OVER),FORMAT,NO JOCKS,NO PROGRAM DIRECTOR.

JOSE PRODUCE HIS LINERS OK,THATS GOOD,BUT WHO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HE SAYING? DO YOU?

HE DOES NOT SPEAK SPANISH WELL.

I LISTEN TO CALIENTE AND WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT IN THE STREET IS THAT THEY CANT UNDERSTAND HIM WHEN HE IS TALKING.

HIS PRIMARY LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH,NO SPANISH.

YOU MIKE OR MACK IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH,TRY TO DO IT AND YOU ARE GOING TO SOUND FUNNY,AND THATS THE WAY HE SOUNDS.

OR HERE IN PENNSYLVANIA NOT THAT FAR GO THE ALLENTOWN AND LISTEN HOLA 1600 OR IN PHILLY,RUMBA 1480 AM,MEGA 1310.

MY SISTER SHE HAVE AN BUSINESS HERE IN HAZLETON AND SOMEBODY FROM CALIENTE CALL A FEW WEEKS AGO ASKING IF SHE WANTED TO ADVERTISE AND SHE SAID NO,AND THE REASON IS,CAUSE NOBODY IS LISTEN THAT STATION,PEOPLE OUTSIDE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LANGUAGE THAT THIS GUY JOSE ALBERTO SPEAK WE DONT KNOW IF IS SPANISH,ENGLISH,JAPANESE OR WHAT IS IT.

COMMERCIALS SOUNDS REALLY BAD.

MANAGERS OF THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT SITUATION YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE MONEY WITH AIR "TALENTS" LIKE THAT.

BY THE WAY WHAT IS JOSE'S RADIO BACKGROUND??

LEARN SPANISH,GO TO ANOTHER MARKETS TO LISTEN WHAT A SPANISH FORMAT IS,AND BRING PEOPLE WITH TALENT

THATS WHY PEOPLE DOES NOT TRUST THE REAL TALENT CAUSE,THE COMPANIES GIVE THE JOBS TO THE FIRST GUY THAT CAME FROMA FAST FOOD OR A FACTORY.

IF YOU ARE ON RADIO YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT RADIO IS.

RADIO IS RADIO BUT THE HISPANIC LISTENER LIKE THE GOOD THINGS!
