Call letter changes for Grand Rapids, Chattanooga

The WMAX-FM calls on 97.3 Max FM in Chattanooga have been moved by Clear Channel to the now-former WVTI, 96.1 Max FM, in Grand Rapids. The new calls for the Chattanooga station are... WNGA. What does that stand for, We're North of Georgia? Both stations have retained the Max FM names and the Variety Hits format.

The 97.3 signal (according to Radio-Locator) seems to be in North Alabama, but with the mountains and all could be in Northern Georgia. So maybe it's just a signal for NGA, North Georgia? Who really knows?
