Camelback Jack returns to KOOL!

Good for him. He deserves it, but does this mean that CBS is admitting that they made a mistake letting him go in the first place? Is Stu Evans coming back to KMLE? And,,,what happened to TK TK TK?

Great news!!! Camelback Jack is one of the best in the country! The decision to let him go in the first place probably had more to do with the stockholders, than with anyone at Central and Roosevelt. The good news is, he's back, and that's probably due to PD Kris! Yay!!!!

We love you, Jack! Welcome back to KOOL-FM and Phoenix radio!!!

If it was all Kris, good for him. But someone had to say yes...and the difference between the Black Christmas when Jack was let go and now is the guy in the GM's office. Tim Pohlman's all about good radio. He knows you can't do it on a shoestring. And, because of his long and successful run at CBS/L.A., he knows that CBS' resources mean you don't have to do it on a shoestring. You just have to make the business case to the suits for doing it right.

michael haggerty, can you provide us w/ the metrics you use to define "long and successful"?
