Can anybody identify this station from Fort Collins?

I don't know what this station is, as it didn't give out it's call letters. All I know about this station, is that it used to call it's newscast, "14 Fort Collins Evening News". Was it KTVJ-TV (which is now KTFD-TV), was it another station, or a student-run station at a Ft. Collins college?

Edit: Nevermind. It says it's name is Columbine Cablevision, which is probably now Comcast.
